Retail Operations Manager - Up to £45,000 per annum

This role reports directly into the Centre Director and is working to assist the centre management team working across all assets to seek efficiencies and improvements in procedures and assist with training and on boarding of property managers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and advice to the Centre Director and Operations Team.
• Ensuring property team administration / documentation is up to date and correct.
• Ensure open communication and flow of information on operational issues.
• Be familiar with and progressively update the company operational Key Service Commitments.
• Support the objectives of the asset business plan.
• Manage works tenders for site-based projects and PPM.
• Manage compliance systems (Meridian, KSCs, Service Charge timetable) and report regularly on compliance, ensuring that action is being taken to meet corporate performance standards.
• Produce monthly KPI report.
• Ad-hoc duties as specified by the Centre Director
• Maintain Records.
• Lead efforts to deliver site sustainability targets.
