INVESTMENT ASSET MANAGER

£63,372 per annum + benefits!

Surrey

Park Avenue are working in association with a Local Authority in Surrey who require an Investment Asset Manager.

We've worked closely with this council, and the hiring managers for over 5 years, and are certain you'd enjoy the work, and team you're surrounded by!

The portfolio you'd manage is made up of offices, majority being in the Heathrow Economic District, and Thames Valley.

Job role:

  • To provide advice to Council Officers and Councillors on property and asset management
  • To ad and maximise the income being received from the Councils asset portfolio
  • Ensure the effective day to day running of the Council assets
  • To ensure robust performance management is in place
  • To ensure tenants meet their obligations and that the Councils interests are protected
  • To ensure the effective property management of the estate
  • To procure specialist advisors (as required) to effectively manage Council assets
  • To input into asset business plans and budgeting
  • To manage and supervise professional advisors

You're required in the office/on site inspections 1 day per week, on a Monday. You can work flexi-hours if you've got a school run to contend with!

Full JD and Asset Management Plan are available upon request.

Start date - ASAP, but they're happy to wait up to 3 months for the right person
