Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations across various property types, including commercial and residential.
• Prepare Red Book valuation reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the company.

Who We Are Looking For:

• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer with proven Red Book valuation experience.
• A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
