Property Administrator – Up to £35k – London

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator with property management exposure in London. This role involves the responsibility to provide administrative support to the property management department of a leading real estate firm, and ensuring their portfolios are operating efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all internal and external property management queries
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks on behalf of the department and specific clients
  • Liaising with landlords, agents and tenants in regards to property issues
  • Managing lease agreements and ensuring lease terms are being followed
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs and liaising with vendors as needed
  • Assisting with the management of empty spaces
  • Responsible for the management of monthly/quarterly fees
  • Drafting/processing change notes
  • Approving invoices
  • Liaising with the legal teams of clients
  • Analysing client databases and maintaining accurate records of all documents and reports
  • Assisting with the invoices, recharges, annual budgets and variance reporting of service charges
  • Managing the organisation of a team made up of a mix of surveyors and senior directors

Skills Required:

  • Experience working with corporate clients in a property management environment
  • Understanding of financial budgeting and service charges
  • Good IT skills (MS Office) and knowledge of property management systems
  • Understanding of property databases
