Client Facing – Property Asset Management – Up to £55k – London/Manchester

An opportunity has arisen within a leading property consultancy working on one of their high profile client accounts. This opportunity will give property managers the opportunity to work directly with asset managers and will build exposure to asset management responsibilities. The company is looking for an experienced commercial property manager at either surveyor or senior surveyor level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating between the tenant and client as well as effectively dealing with any queries
• Accurately managing property management database’
• Managing lease event dates (rent reviews, renewals, expiry dates)
• Liaising with other internal departments as well as lawyers on behalf of clients
• Dealing with service charge collections, reports, as well as issuing the service charge budget as well as the end of year reconciliation
• Managing tenant arrears
• Organising and attending client meetings
• Attending regular property and asset inspections

Skills required:

• MRICS is desirable however not essential
• Good client relationship management
• Experience within commercial investor property management
• IT compliant (MS Office)
• Preferably experience with using Property Management software systems
