Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Property Asset Management – Up to £54k + Car Allowance Per Annum – London

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading Property Consultancy in their growing Property Asset Management team based in Central London. The role involves working with a single investor client, managing their assets. This position is ideal for a Property Management Surveyor looking to transition into Asset Management or progress onto a Senior Surveyor level.

Job Role:

• Managing the assets of a single high profile client
• Managing client relationships and regularly attending client meetings
• Regularly carrying out Commercial Property Inspections
• Reporting directly to the client
• Liaising with internal departments
• Recognising new business opportunities
• Ensuring service chart budgets and reconciliations are delivered
• Ensuring that required property databases are up to date

Skills Required:

• Previous Commercial Property Management experience is essential
• MRICS is preferred however not essential
• Experienced in previously dealing with service charges
• IT compliant (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous use of Property Management databases
