About the Role:

As a Land Agent, you will play a vital role in managing framework projects, specialising in utility, infrastructure, and renewable energy initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating with landowners to secure land rights.
• Handling compensation claims and CPO-related tasks.
• Conducting valuations for renewable energy projects.
• Utilising digital mapping tools for efficient project management.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing client updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in rural land management.
• MRICS/Registered Valuers certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
• Familiarity with digital mapping systems is advantageous.
• Previous farming or forestry experience is a plus.
