About the Role:
As a Land Agent, you will play a vital role in managing framework projects, specialising in utility, infrastructure, and renewable energy initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating with landowners to secure land rights.
- Handling compensation claims and CPO-related tasks.
- Conducting valuations for renewable energy projects.
- Utilising digital mapping tools for efficient project management.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing client updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in rural land management.
- MRICS/Registered Valuers certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
- Familiarity with digital mapping systems is advantageous.
- Previous farming or forestry experience is a plus.
