As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch building surveying services, overseeing projects from inception to completion with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting specifications and documentation for project tendering.
• Assisting with building regulation and planning applications.
• Designing and specifying projects of various scopes and complexities.
• Evaluating tenders and providing informed recommendations to clients.
• Chairing Project Progress Meetings and managing contract administration.
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Negotiating final accounts with contractors to maintain financial integrity.
• Meeting or exceeding designated fee targets.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying.
• Chartered status with RICS or willingness to pursue accreditation.
• Proficiency in NBS specification writing and AUTOCAD.
• Experience in MS Project Programme preparation and project management.
