An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building / Community Manager to join a leading real estate firm based in the Bristol area. Successful candidates will be involved in the day to day running of a newly regenerated office spaces and should have a firm background in the facilities management sector in both hard and soft services. On offer is a competitive salary of up to £40k + Benefits.
Daily Duties:
- Create and maintain the best first impression in addition to effectively communicating at all stakeholder levels.
- Adherence and commitment to the community culture.
- Management of the community team and service providers to deliver a common purpose.
- Compliance across all key performance indicators.
- Provision and maintenance of a safe environment for all occupiers and service providers
- Collaborative approach to working with local businesses and organisations to deliver a positive social impact
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Degree qualified or equivalent professional development/qualifications record in facilities, property, estates, build environment disciplines.
- Preferably from a property management consultancy background.
- Excellent working knowledge of all core FM competencies –Administration/Building Fabric/Mechanical & Electrical services/Health & Safety/Finance/Disaster management.
- Previous experience dealing with Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent skills in IT
- Experience dealing with financial databases/MS Office/CAFM and Help Desk Systems
