Are you an experienced Surveyor specialising in Landlord and Tenant work and looking for a new challenge?

Do you have experience in both commercial and residential property?

GKR International, has partnered exclusively with our client on a retained search to hire a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to support in their continued growth and success. We are looking for a Surveyor who is MRICS and has experience across both residential and commercial asset classes, commercial being the majority. As an industry leading real estate agent, they have recently won several new projects and have clients that they have worked with for decades, and with big plans for the years ahead, this role will play a critical role across their client base and will offer scope for further career growth and a direct path to Directorship/Leadership positions for you.

We are looking for a Surveyor who has experience in the following:

• Understanding of Commercial and residential valuations.
• Rent reviews
• Lease Negotiating/Lease restructuring
• Commercial and residential property management.
• Retail Property

What you need to have:

• MRICS
• In-depth knowledge of lease advisory, landlord and tenant, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Strong commercial and residential property management experience
• Negotiation skills and transactional experience.
• Experience working across commercial and residential.
