We have partnered exclusively with our client on a retained search to hire an impressive Estates Surveyor to support in their continued growth and success. We are looking for an Estates Surveyor who holds RICS and has experience across commercial asset and estate management. You will also have experience in commercial and residential properties. As an industry leading real estate agent, they offer scope across a variety of exciting new properties in the commercial and residential sectors.

We are looking for an Estates Surveyor with a passion for:

• Commercial and residential valuations.
• Commercial and residential property management.
• Commercial property and retailing practices.

What you need to have:

• MRICS
• In-depth knowledge of lease advisory, landlord and tenant, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Strong commercial and residential property management experience
• Negotiation skills and transactional experience.
• Experience working across commercial and residential.
