GKR International is partnered exclusively with a highly ambitious and well respected Estate Agency based in Central London who are looking to recruit an experienced Manager within Lettings.

The ideal person will be passionate about residential property, be someone that has already enjoyed a good career too date within the sector and be a good team player, someone who enjoys building rapport and importantly, strong relationships with clients throughout the market. They want to hire someone who won't see this as a job but rather an opportunity to take their career to the next level and long-term. 

The ideal candidate will currently be in a management position, however they are open to looking at a very experienced Assistant Manager/Lettings Manager with valuation experience who wants the next step in their career.

You will need an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be tasked with running the branch from a business owners point of view.

You role will involve:

• Managing staff as well as recruitment and conducting staff appraisals
• Managing the Profit and Loss of the office
• Reporting directly to the Senior Partners
• Growing the presence of the brand in the area
• Assisting the marketing team with requirements for your office
• Growing the stock levels for the office, having a successful track record in market appraisals is important
