An immediate requirement has arisen for a Valuation Surveyor to join a growing operational real estate team in London at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where previous experience within a specific sector is not essential.  The key experience required is Trading Valuation where Hybrid working is offered.   This role will be based out of London however there will need to be flexibility to travel throughout the UK.

Job Role:

• Working in a leading Operational Real Estate team in London offering valuation advisory, transactional and capital raising services. Carrying out portfolio valuations & preparing trading valuations Analyse market data in order to prepare comprehensive valuation reports Produce Investment & Development valuation reports Work closely with other team members to actively assist with business development opportunities

Skills Required:

• MRICS Qualification is essential Previous valuation experience is essential however specific sector experience is not essential Trading Valuation experience is required for the role as well familiarity with profit method valuations Exposure to development appraisals Strong report writing skills as well demonstrated numeracy & analytical experience London based role with travel throughout the UK.
