Director – Commercial Valuation – Up to £80k + car allowance – London

A leading property consultancy has risen an opportunity for an experienced Valuation Surveyor to join their leading valuation team. This role is offering up to £80,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits. The main responsibility of this role involves providing advice and valuations for a mix of commercial assets.

Job Role:

  • Provide valuation and surveying services amongst commercial portfolios and for a range of clients
  • Working across the following asset classes: retail and office
  • Manages existing client relationships at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
  • Identifying new business opportunities outside own discipline and present to clients
  • Responsible for managing small to medium sized instructions or subsections of major projects
  • Efficiently responding to clients and applicants Building own network within and outside of the Valuation
  • Building own network within and outside of the Valuation Business Line as well as constantly generating new business
  • Building relationships with major clients, investors, operators, banks and accountants
  • Managing and directing a small team of your own as well as being reported to

Skills Required:

  • MRICS & RICS Registered Valuer
  • Demonstrable record within Valuation working for a leading consultancy or boutique firm
  • Direct valuation experience on commercial assets is essential
  • Previous experience of enhancing performance through growth and profitability
  • Working knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software
  • Microsoft package proficient
  • Good understanding of leases and accounts
