Assistant Property Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager looking to take their career to the next level in Block Management as an Assistant Block Manager. 

Our client, one of London's leading names who are based in Prime Central London with a fantastic portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings are growing due to winning several new projects.

Our client's excellent training scheme will make the transition into Block Management very smooth with the aim to become a Block Manager within 6-12 months.

This is a great opportunity to work in a very friendly, customer service focussed company where you will have the chance to make an impact in a high net worth portfolio, daily.

Role

  • Assisting in all day to day property management operations
  • Provide direct communication with tenants and third party providers to allow maintenance to take place
  • Assisting with managing a very small portfolio with start with.
  • Assisting with coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Assisting with insurance claims, service charges and Section 20 Notices etc.

  • Able to follow instructions to deliver the tasks at hand

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
