Residential Property Manager – Up to £55k Per Annum + Company Benefits – London

A leading development and investment real estate firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Manager in London offering up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential development portfolio and the day to day tenant queries.  This is an in house client role so the successful candidate must be comfortable with all elements of residential property.

Job Role:

• Overseeing and carrying out the day to day management of a residential development portfolio
• Maintaining tenancy schedules and preparing management reports
• Ensuring property management systems and databases are accurately maintained and updated
• Ensuring Internal Property Management systems are being used correctly and are kept up to date
• Managing residential property agents
• Assigning apartments and dealing with AST renewals
• Overseeing costs and utility payments
• Managing arrears and due payments
• Assisting with the approval and reconciliations of service charge budgets

Skills Required:

• Residential Property Management experience is essential, in particular, block and AST management experience for mixed use developments
• Previous experience with residential leases is ideal
• Exposure to service charges
• Understanding of rating and utilities and dealing with suppliers
