Facilities Manager – Boutique Property Consultancy – London – Up to £45,000 Per Annum
Our client is a boutique property consultancy based in London who are looking to support their growing Property Management team with the addition of a facilities Manager. This is a London based role offering up to £45,000 Per Annum + Benefits
Our client is looking for a candidate to possess exceptional customer service and this would ideally suit a candidate that has worked within the Hospitality/Hotel environment.
Job Role:
Managing the onsite team and overseeing contractors; responsible in ensuring high customer service levels are maintained and tenants get the 5* service Regular visits to the sites within the portfolio where you will to need to inspect the properties to ensure all work and services are carried out to a high standard.
- Ensure that onsite staff need to be presentable and aligning with building standards & reputation Ensuring that the onsite staff are developing relationships with tenants and going that extra step Work hand in hand with the portfolio manager, accounts team and the wider facilities team
Line management of all site staff including building managers and front of house Ensure all contractors represent the high levels of service and represent the values of the company Collaborate with site staff to ensure all maintenance and service issues are resolved promptly and in accordance with SLA’s Review and monitor contractors’ performance in line with agreed KPI and SLA Manage and procure all contractors, consultants and partners to ensure excellent service delivery Ensure all properties under management are safe and compliant, in good repair and client expectations are met Ensure all PPM’s are implemented and managed Accountable for all security measures including fire prevention, emergency response and evacuation procedures Respond to problems and concerns; implement policy, rules and regulations Ensure all contracts in place and works carried out align with the sustainability initiatives and strategies developed for each property
Skills Required
Proven track record within the FM / Hospitality environment Experience of managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring the best in class service is provided IOSH qualification Hospitality/ Hotel experience is preferred but not essential Management experience Sustainability experience- Desirable
