Property Management Surveyor – Commercial – Up to £40k per annum + Package – Exeter
An opportunity for a MRICS qualified Surveyor, with experience in property management, to join a growing team and manage predominately commercial assets with an element of residential property. This role is based in Exeter and offers the flexibility to work hybrid.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a leading Property Management team where you will be managing commercial & residential assets
- Ensure tenant arrears are proactively managed as well as dealing with Tenant & Client Queries
- Draft, review and approve service charge budgets
- Service charge reconciliations
- Carry out property inspections & liaise with the Building and facilities management team
- Ensure accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specifications
- Reading and summarising of leases and ensure accurate data is maintained on the property management systems
- Advance reporting for critical lease event dates such as reviews, lease expiries and break options
- Identify opportunities for providing additional services to client
Skills Required:
- MRICS qualified is essential
- Experience in all aspects of property management
- Experience working with commercial asset classes is essential
- Experience dealing with all aspects of service charge, reporting and planning
- Ability to assist with other team members in answering their questions and solving problems
