Property Management Surveyor – Commercial – Up to £40k per annum + Package – Exeter

An opportunity for a MRICS qualified Surveyor, with experience in property management, to join a growing team and manage predominately commercial assets with an element of residential property. This role is based in Exeter and offers the flexibility to work hybrid.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a leading Property Management team where you will be managing commercial & residential assets
• Ensure tenant arrears are proactively managed as well as dealing with Tenant & Client Queries
• Draft, review and approve service charge budgets
• Service charge reconciliations
• Carry out property inspections & liaise with the Building and facilities management team
• Ensure accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specifications
• Reading and summarising of leases and ensure accurate data is maintained on the property management systems
• Advance reporting for critical lease event dates such as reviews, lease expiries and break options
• Identify opportunities for providing additional services to client

Skills Required:

• MRICS qualified is essential
• Experience in all aspects of property management
• Experience working with commercial asset classes is essential
• Experience dealing with all aspects of service charge, reporting and planning
• Ability to assist with other team members in answering their questions and solving problems
