Residential Valuation Surveyor – Development - £45k + Package – Devon (Plymouth/Exeter)

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our team and a Development Surveyor to join our Development Consultancy Team, supporting the expansion of services and managing an increasing workload. The role involves providing top-tier advice to a wide range of clients, including landowners, residential developers, and banks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone aiming to advance their career in a dynamic and growing team at one of the Southwest’s leading multi-disciplinary property consultancies. The successful candidate will be part of the General Practice Team, a vibrant group of surveyors spread across many offices.

Experience

• Prior experience of residual/development appraisals would be desirable but not essential
• Experience in preparing Red Book Valuations for residential and development property
• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
• Excellent understanding of the local residential market
• Representing the team at business development meetings and events
• A self-starter with effective time management

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
