Senior Lettings Associate - Central London

Our client, an established and well known Real Estate operation based in London is looking to hire an experienced lettings specialist who is looking to join a fast moving, forward thinking operation with huge expansion plans.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in residential estate agency and who importantly has a successful track record. The role will suit someone who wants a change, seeks a similar role where they can utilise their experience but work in a cash rich, ambitious business who have £500M at their disposal and want to deploy this over the next 12 months as the portfolio grows in the residential space.

As the right candidate, you must have following skills/experience:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Residential Lettings
• Proven track record in hitting targets in the sector
• Keen interest in residential property and property investment
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Money motivated, enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset where from the get go, you will be running your desk as if its your own business whilst being an outstanding team player

Package: 28-30K Basic OTE 65K plus car/car allowance
