Operations Manager - Central London

Our client, a forward thinking and incredibly ambitious Property Consultancy who work across the residential, development and commercial real estate space is looking to hire an operations manager.

As a company, they have expanded rapidly over the last 24 months and the role will play a strategically important role for them. You will be tasked with identifying weak points and opportunities, and set targets as well as processes, guidelines, and best practices (SOPs) to ensure high performance in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on proactive client advisory whilst managing reactive queries from customers in a way that minimises future issues.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the sales process and can manage the handover from sales to account management seamlessly.
  • Build an expert knowledge of the businesses CRM and tech platforms
  • Deliver effective change management strategies to ensure a consistently high level of product utilisation.
  • Work closely with our Revenue Management team to optimise portfolio performance.
  • Analyse insights to enable data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Build and manage relationships with 3rd-party suppliers
  • Confidently handle ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business.
  • Demonstrate solid financial acumen; understands how the team’s goals support the wider group

You will ideally have the following:

  • 3+ years Operations Management experience preferably within in Real Estate
  • Experience in creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Be a natural problem solver. Not afraid of technology and promotes within their organisation for greater efficiencies.
  • Able to partner with clients to help them achieve desired business outcomes and are comfortable challenging clients on existing processes to help optimise them.
  • You are analytical, decisive and have the entrepreneurial drive to craft and implement a strategic plan.
  • You preferably have experience in real estate and are familiar with the process to get a project from conceptualization through to final execution.
  • Record of adaptability and ability to move fast under uncertainty.
  • An autonomous worker, you take initiative to solve problems before they occur.
  • Organised, accountable, and professional
