GKR International is delighted to partner with our client as they expand their Manchester team. Already an established and leading property investment firm in the UK, the client is now expanding and has opened a brand new office in Manchester city centre.

This position plays a pivotal role in the company as you speak with investors who are seeking to invest in off plan property in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
• Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Property Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process.

What we need in you:

• At least 12 months experience working in Real Estate in the UK.
• Extensive experience working in a target driven sales environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Client-focused: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals through property investment.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
