Our client, Druce & Co who are in an exclusive partnership with GKR International, is an outstanding business with a rich history of excellence both in the UK and abroad. They are about to embark on an incredible journey of expansion and growth and will be looking to hire several people into their residential divisions, in the role of Associate, where you will work on both sales and lettings across West and Central London.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving success across their portfolio working with multiple teams simultaneously and adding fire power to the ever growing list of services that Druce will provide.

Druce is looking to hire people that are passionate about property, who are eager to shake things up and ensure they put the customer first, committing to the client journey. You will be responsible for building solid relationships whilst introducing these people to other services provided by the business, in a holistic residential property solution to clients. 

Experience/Skillset required:

• 2 to 3 years residential sales experience or lettings experience and happy to do a joint role,
• Have a proven track record in working towards targets successfully
• A solid track record in winning instructions in either lettings, sales or both
• Customer service focussed, looking to offer a bespoke offering to each independent client
• Be a strong team player, good communicator and ambitious to grow in your career
• Have a can do attitude, happy to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and contribute in a winning team
• Clean Drivers license
