Office Secretary - Central London

Our client, a highly regarded Residential specialist with a presence internationally, is looking to hire an Office Administrator/Coordinator in one of their London offices, specifically within the Central London region.

It is a crucial role in what will be a very busy office with a large amount of responsibility whilst you support a growing sales team.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients/applicants
  • Answering the phone, taking messages
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ensuring the office is organised and tidy at all times
  • Ensuring we have sufficient office supplies
  • Generating letters and property lists
  • Assisting with mailouts and canvassing
  • Take customer info / requirements in absence of sales / lettings team
  • Property Checks
  • Sales admin support: sales letters, documents
  • Upload property details onto portals
  • Arranging photography and compiling brochures

Key proficiencies required:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise & work under pressure
  • Presentable
  • Proficient in use of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Attention to detail
