Associate Director – Transaction Management

Location: London

Salary: Up to £60k

Position Type: Full-time, hybrid, permanent

Job Summary:

A leading Real Estate consultancy are seeking a skilled and experience Senior Surveyor/Junior Associate Director to join the company’s Occupier Solutions department. The role involves the transaction management of portfolios on an international level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the transaction activities of a variety of international portfolios
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring legal, financial and regulatory requirements are met
  • Develop and implement transaction strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and provide expert advice
  • Analyse and interpret financial analysis templates to clients

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum of 5 year post qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, transaction processes and financial analysis
  • Proven track record of successfully managing international real estate transactions
