Job Details

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the Asset and Property Management team, ensuring the effective delivery of management, business and technical support systems, which are essential for the delivery of the service.

City of York Council have a diverse property portfolio, which provides an annual income in excess of £7m and includes assets such as The Shambles, business centres, retail and industrial property.

You will need good numeracy, literacy and IT skills and experience of GIS and property databases. Knowledge, of Ordnance Survey data, ArcMap, AutoCad, Civica Property Management system (formerly Tf Cloud), Microsoft Office, and Access would be an advantage.

You will be committed to personal and professional development and this role is an opportunity to further develop your skills in providing a key supporting role within a busy property environment. 

Based in our award winning centrally located modern offices in York, this is an opportunity to work in a historic city.
