Senior Lettings Associate - Central London

Our client, an established and well known Real Estate operation based in London with a significant International presence is looking to hire several experienced lettings specialist's, ASAP.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in residential estate agency and who importantly has a successful track record and wants to take this a step further in their career.

The role will suit someone who wants a change, who seeks a similar role where they can utilise their experience but work in a cash rich, ambitious business who have huge expansions plans that are already place and with detailed growth plans ahead for the next few years.

As the right candidate, you must have following skills/experience:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Residential Lettings
• Proven track record in hitting targets in the sector
• Keen interest in residential property and property investment
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Money motivated, enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset where from the get go, you will be running your desk as if its your own business 
• Enjoy the idea of cross selling, across sales and lettings, working in a collaborative environment and a close knit team

Package: 28-30K Basic OTE 65K plus car/car allowance
