Job Opportunity: M&E Draftsperson
Location: Fareham
Salary: £30,000 to £45,000

My client is a successful building services design consultancy experiencing consistent and sustainable growth. They are seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CAD and Revit experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a supportive environment. They are open to junior candidates and those with intermediate levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce M&E drawings using 2D CAD and 3D Revit MEP software.
• Work on a variety of exciting construction engineering projects across all sectors, including commercial new builds, healthcare refurbishments, student accommodation, and education establishments.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and high-quality designs.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.

Requirements:

• Some experience in a similar role, though candidates who are still learning and eager to grow are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in CAD and Revit MEP software.
• Experience in producing 3D mechanical and electrical drawings within building services.
• Confidence in design from concept to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
