Director – Property Asset Management – London
Location: London, West End
Salary: Competitive (dependant on experience)
A leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers, and investors is looking to appoint an Associate Director / Junior Director to lead their Property Management service line. The role will involve working closely with the partners to help develop the Property Management business as well as manage an existing team in London. The role is offering a competitive salary + excellent benefits as well as the opportunity to progress.
Job Description
The Property Management business has an existing team in place including surveyors, facilities managers as well as accounting function. The portfolio compromises of commercial & residential properties including a broad range of clients including family trusts, private individuals, property and asset management companies.
The team has shown continued growth and the team work closely with the Agency & Capital Market teams where there will be the genuine appetite to add value to the properties under management
Working closely with the Directors you will be responsible for managing a team that delivers property management services to a diverse range of assets across London. You will have responsibility for the performance of assets and management of the following services
- Finance/Accounting team
- Site based teams including facilities management
- Surveying team
This role would naturally suit someone with detailed property management experience as well as an understanding of the compliance / accounting functions in order to deliver effective management of the assets. The clients are open to considering anyone from AD through to Director who have the appetite to work closely with the team to develop the portfolio / business line and team.
Qualifications
- MRICS qualified
- A team player with a positive, proactive and hands-on attitude
- Have a track record in managing people
- Have experience in managing a broad range of property classes including offices, industrial, retail and residential
- Be personable with established client facing capabilities
- Capable of performing business development duties
