Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Investment Management – Up to £50k + Car Allowance + bonus – London

A leading real estate consultancy is looking for a chartered surveyor with Property Management experience to sit within their investment portfolio. This opportunity is offering up to £48k + car allowance and additional company benefits such as a discretionary bonus. This role involves the management of a national portfolio on behalf of a single client account.

Job Role:

  • Managing the assets of a national portfolio on behalf of a single account
  • Managing client relationships and regularly attending client meetings
  • Regularly carrying out commercial property inspections
  • Reporting directly to the client
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Recognising new business opportunities
  • Ensuring service chart budgets and reconciliations are delivered
  • Ensuring that required property databases are up to date

Skills Required:

  • Previous Commercial Property Management experience is essential
  • MRICS is preferred however not essential
  • Experienced in previously dealing with service charges
  • IT compliant (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous use of Property Management databases
