Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Up to £50k + Car Allowance – London

A leading Property Managing Agent are seeking a Property Management Surveyor with at least 1 years’ worth of experience. The team are considering any one from Graduate level up to Senior Surveyor level, paying up to £50k + car allowance per annum. The role is based in the heart of London and will be covering local commercial portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a leading Property Management team where you will be managing commercial & residential asset classes
• Carrying out regular property inspections & liaise with the Building and Facilities Management teams
• Ensure accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and attend regular client meetings
• Ensure tenant arrears are proactively managed as well as dealing with Tenant & Client Queries
• Draft, review and approve service charge budgets
• Service charge reconciliations
• Reading and summarising of leases and ensure accurate data is maintained on the property management systems
• Dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant applications and provide energy usage details
• Identify opportunities for providing additional services to client
• Working alongside the Sustainability department to ensure ESG expectations are met

Skills Required:

• Ideally MRICS qualified however this is not essential
• At least 1 year worth of experience working within a property management department
• Commercial awareness and experience in all aspects of property management
• Experience of working across commercial and residential asset classes
