One of the UK's leading property consultancies is looking to add a Residential Property Manager to work in the Block Property management team on a prestigious portfolio in Newhaven!

If you are an experienced Property Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we’re looking for a proactive individual to manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings. In this role, you’ll be the key contact for clients, leaseholders, and freeholders, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with legal regulations, and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and arrange maintenance
  • Manage budgets and client accounts
  • Handle insurance and contractors
  • Organize AGMs, EGMs, and residents' meetings
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

  • Newhaven based or surrounding areas
  • 2 days a week in the office on average
