The Role

Our client, an experienced and well respected boutique residential developer are looking for an experienced Land Manager to join their growing team, specifically with the mission of winning and appraising new work.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing land / sites to sell for residential development & to ensure maximum financial returns for the business. Not only will you have great freedom in the role, but you will be working side by side with an extremely experienced Land Director/Owner.

Ideally, you will have at least a minimum of 12 months experience in Land Management, with a proven track record and a strong knowledge of London and the wider Home Counties.

This position requires proactive individuals, who are able to hit the ground running. You will be using land registry portals as well as the extensive databases within the company to identify potential market sites. 

Experience and contacts within the industry are extremely advantageous in this role.

Successful candidates will receive the following package:

• Up to £45K basic salary depending on experience
• Realistic £75K OTE first year
• Company Car or Car Allowance / Laptop

• Further scope to progress further in the company
