As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will take the lead on the financial and commercial management of complex, large-scale architectural projects. You’ll oversee budgets, manage contracts, and ensure financial accountability, all while working closely with design and project management teams. What We’re Looking For: 

• Significant experience in commercial management, ideally in architecture 
• Proven ability to manage high-value, complex, international projects 
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail 
• Familiarity with industry-standard contract forms such as JCT, NEC, etc. 
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both creative and technical teams
