Research Analyst - Central London
Our client, a well-known Real Estate consultancy with a presence throughout the UK and overseas is looking to strengthen their market intelligence and advisory team in the coming weeks.
The team is growing globally across the world from Europe to the Middle East creating an opportunity for someone to grow in their career and be introduced to opportunities that will be second to none.
About the role:
As part of the Research team, as the analyst you will generate market insights across London. In this newly created position, you will ensure the diligent execution of varied research projects, while working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data collection, database management, market studies & analysis.
- In collaboration with our strategy, sales, marketing, IT and operations teams, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop your Research and Real Estate career.
- Consistently monitor and analyse the UK Real Estate market
- Maintain an updated knowledge on residential property laws and legislation
- Investigate, prepare and present quarterly reports for branches across London
- Identify market trends to promote new business opportunities
- Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding our London database
- Prepare and present reports on company provided scope of work
- Utilise market data to collaborate with internal marketing teams on content
- Provide data input in order to generate insights for marketing purposes
- Research and write ad hoc reports
About you
- As an experienced Research Analyst, you will be a confident self-starter with the ability to take initiative in your role. Working with a growing and transforming team, you will be capable of working with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to take direction in a changing environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Relevant qualification is preferred
- Experience in data collection, management and report writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality information
- Initiative to develop efficient and effective processes or solutions required for the role
Package: £50,000 plus benefits – dependent on experience
