Office Administrator and Secretary - Central London

Our client, one of the London's most respected Estate Agency brands is looking to bring on the services of an Office Administrator/Coordinator in one of their London offices, specifically within the Central London region.

It is a crucial role in what will be a very busy office with a large amount of responsibility. You as the lettings and sales administrator will be responsible for:

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients/applicants
  • Answering the phone, taking messages
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ensuring the office is organised and tidy at all times
  • Ensuring we have sufficient office supplies
  • Generating letters and property lists
  • Assisting with mailouts and canvassing
  • Take customer info / requirements in absence of sales / lettings team
  • Property Checks
  • Sales admin support: sales letters, documents
  • Upload property details onto Reapit
  • Arranging photography and compiling brochures

To be considered, you must have the following: 

  • The ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise & work under pressure
  • Proficient in use of Word, Excel & Outlook, Reapit is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Be someone that pays strong attention to detail
