Working closely with developers and stakeholders, you will take a collaborative approach to delivering urban regeneration. Tasked with securing funding, managing budgets, and engaging the community, you will build strong partnerships and drive our strategic vision, contributing to the vibrant and sustainable development of Stockport’s residential and commercial sectors.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented leader with strong negotiation and team management skills and a proven track record in managing high-impact development projects.
You will bring your expertise in regeneration strategy, financial acumen, and a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders, along with the ability to navigate complex political landscapes.
