Location:  London or Manchester

Level: Newly Qualified Surveyor through to Associate Director level

Salary: Up to £62k + car allowance + benefits package

About the Role:

Working for a global real estate consultancy in their leading Valuation and Advisory team. Providing services for office, retail, industrial and other specialist assets on a national and international basis. This role will predominately focus on fund valuation for a range of clients across commercial investments and mixed use development schemes and portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide valuation services predominately for fund purposes
• Working across commercial investments and mixed use development schemes and portfolios
• Managing existing client relationships on a day-to-day basis
• Identify new business opportunities outside own discipline and pass on
• Responsible for managing small to medium sized instructions or subsections of major projects
• Builds own network within and outside of the Valuation Business Line

Skills needed:

• MRICS qualified and RICS registered valuer Demonstrable record within valuation working for a leading consultancy or boutique firm
• Exposure to Valuation, ideally across commercial asset classes
• Previous experience of enhancing performance through growth and profitability
• Working knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software
• Microsoft package proficient
