A leading real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced property manager with  a strong reputation for delivering exceptional management services across commercial and mixed use asset classes. This role is offering a structured path to grow into the Head of Property Management, providing a unique opportunity for leadership development within a thriving organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing property management services for key clients across their commercial investment and development assets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Manage and oversee a varied property portfolio, ensuring compliance, performance and profitability align with client objectives
• Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the property management division, including identifying new business opportunities
• Ensure all managed properties comply with legal, health and safety and financial regulations
• Manage and oversee services charge budgets and reconciliations

Skills Required:

• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Proven track record in property management, preferably in a consultancy or similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong client facing skills
