What You’ll Be Doing

• Drawing up and pitching creative planning proposals that hit the mark.
• Crafting tailored planning statements, sustainability reports, and all the key documents needed to get projects moving.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams and being the go-to planning advisor.
• Promoting land through the Local Plan process, and presenting at public examinations.
• Negotiating and liaising with stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for all parties.
