About the Role:

Working for a global real estate consultancy in their leading Valuation and Advisory team. Providing valuations on office, retail, industrial assets as well as residential and commercial development portfolios. This role will predominately focus on providing valuation services for loan security purposes for a range of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing valuation services for loan security, fund management, and investment purposes
• Working across office, retail,  investments as well as residential and commercial development schemes and portfolios Managing existing client relationships on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports
• Identify new business opportunities outside own discipline and pass on
• Responsible for managing small to medium sized instructions or subsections of major projects
• Builds own network within and outside of the Valuation Business Line

Skills needed:

• MRICS qualified and RICS registered valuer
• Demonstrable record within valuation working for a leading consultancy or boutique firm
• Exposure to Valuation, ideally across commercial asset classes
• Previous experience of enhancing performance through growth and profitability
• Working knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software Microsoft package proficient
