Our client, a well known and highly regarded brand within residential agency is looking to hire a senior professional within the residential sales and lettings space where you will have the opportunity of working in both functions from day 1.

Experience/Skillset required:

• 3-4 years residential sales experience or lettings experience and happy to do a joint role,
• Have a proven track record in working towards targets successfully
• A solid track record in winning instructions in either lettings, sales or both
• Customer service focussed, looking to offer a bespoke offering to each independent client
• Be a strong team player, good communicator and ambitious to grow in your career
• Have a can do attitude, happy to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and contribute in a winning team
• Clean Drivers license
