Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician or Electrician's Mate to join our team. The successful candidate will work on various social housing projects, ensuring all electrical installations and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on social housing properties.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Proven experience as an Electrician or Electrician's Mate.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
