Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Specialist Valuations – Up to £50k + Car Allowance – London

An industry leading consultancy are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join their Valuation team, covering high-growth sectors such as data centers, compulsory purchase and life sciences. The position involves providing strategic advice and carrying out valuations for clients.

Job Role:

• Carry out detailed property valuations, applying sector-specific methodologies for data centers, compulsory purchase projects and life sciences assets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice, market insight and high quality advisory reports
• Conducting market research to stay on top of industry trends, demand drivers and value impact within specialist sectors
• Ensure all valuation services comply with the professional standards and RICS Red Book requirements
• Mentor and guide junior surveyors
• Identify new opportunities for business growth and improvement within the specialist valuation sectors and actively contribute to the teams strategic objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience carrying out valuations within data center, compulsory purchase, life sciences or industrial & logistics sectors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous approach to data analysis, financial modelling, and valuation precision
• Commitment to delivering high standards of client service, with a proactive and consultative approach
• Proficiency in valuation software and other property technology tools (e.g., Argus, MS Excel)
